Privacy Policy

Your email address (via Google sign-in), the selfie you upload, the images and videos you generate, your credit balance and purchase records, and basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.

Your selfie is used only to generate the result you request. We do not use facial recognition, build a biometric profile, or attempt to identify you from your face, and we never use your photos to train AI models or sell them. To create your result the image is sent to our AI generation provider for processing. Your selfie and results are deleted when you delete your account, or sooner on request.

To provide the service — generate and store your results, manage your credits, and provide support (legal basis: performance of our contract with you); to process payments and meet tax/accounting obligations (legal obligation); and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests). We do not sell your personal data or use your photos to train AI models.

We use trusted processors only to run the service: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), our AI generation provider (to render your image/video from your selfie), and cloud hosting/storage providers. Some of these may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Uploads and results are stored on secure cloud infrastructure for as long as your account is active. Purchase and tax records are kept for the period required by law. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@fanmode.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
