Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. Please read these terms before using FanMode. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

FanMode is operated by AI Kitaip, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (registration code 307090028, VAT LT100017613117), registered address Europos pr. 34-47, LT-46370 Kaunas, Lithuania. The service is provided at fanmode.app. You can reach us at hello@fanmode.app.

FanMode lets you upload a selfie and generate AI images and videos of yourself in a generic football kit. It is unofficial fan content and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football organisation, federation, league, club, or player. Kit colours are generic and contain no official crests, badges, sponsors, or competition branding.

You must be 18 or older to purchase. Upload only a photo of yourself that you have the right to use. You must not: upload images of other people without their consent or any images of minors; create sexual, explicit, or suggestive content; create deepfakes or use anyone else's likeness or identity without consent; impersonate, harass, defame, or deceive; generate content for political campaigns or elections; or use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or misleading purpose.

Image and video generations are paid for with prepaid credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices and currency shown at checkout (taxes/VAT included where applicable), are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Payments are processed by Stripe. You keep ownership of the selfie you upload and the results you generate. You grant AI Kitaip, MB a limited licence to process, store, and display them solely to deliver the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

AI-generated results vary and are provided "as is" for personal, entertainment use; we do not guarantee that a result will match any specific likeness or expectation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold AI Kitaip, MB harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you upload or generate, or from your breach of these terms, of any law, or of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time; unused credits remain subject to our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence still apply.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
